HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Don't see Dr. Pandey at this office if you have bad health problems because she doesn't care. Don't expect her to go the extra mile for her patients because she is a bare minimum type person/ doctor. My husband spoke with her one day about his health and he was going to go in to see her the next day. He wrote down his appointment time but apparently it was wrong so we called and were one minute late and they asked Dr. Pandey but she wouldn't see us. She knows how important the appointment was to him but she still CHOSE to say no. AND THIS IS AFTER we have been trying to get her to complete a few things for our insurance that took over a month and we ended up having to get the office manager involved to get her to do it. Then, I've been trying to get my prescription filled for the last month also but after calling a few times, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE STILL. SO guess what? I have to call the office manager AGAIN. Then, a couple months ago I came in 10 minutes before my appointment but they wanted me to come in 15 minutes before my appointment, so they were mad at me, and after checking in I sit down and hear the office front desk staff talking about us "late people" and being completely rude and unprofessional. So, I went up to them and asked them about it because if it was that big of a deal I could reschedule. I'm just done with this office and how they treat their patients. I've never in my life experienced this much unprofessionalism in the medical field. They need to consider what their patients are going through, because they could make things that much easier for them just through kindness... is it really that difficult?
