They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. When we had concerns about our policy we called Sam he said he would return our call that day we did not hear from him in 3 weeks and still haven't heard from him we sent emails went up there personally to where we were told he would get back to us that day again and still nothing. I cancel my policy because of the service and I get a bill in the mail saying that I owe them money. FOR WHAT I ASK FOR NO ONE GETTING BACK TO ME NO ONE CALLING???????????????????? I finally had to contact corporate to get ahold of someone there. They are just after your money read the reviews on the actual site type in State Farm Insurance reviews and you will find a whole bunch of dissatisfied customers that say they over charge them. this is horrible service and I would recommend this business to anybody that wants lazy and horrible service.
