I am currently a resident here and have been at another nursing home.
I love the family atmosphere here.
The staff is very caring.
I've made excellent progress with therapy.
The therapy department is awesome, they have helped me so mu¹ch
I'm truly blessed to be here.

This advantage living center
Is a horrible place.
I take back my previous review.

1 nursing assistant for 30+ people.
No washcloths for showers. I had to use a wet bath towel to wash with.
Just last week there were no sheets or blankets to put on my bed.

The food is hardly edible. If you decide to come here, please don't. They are horrible here. Residents are treated by administration like a number or dollar sign.

Living in Advantage living center is like a vacation in hell

Unfortunately i didn't have the best experience here. My mom has been placed here & today i went to visit and was saddened by the service we received as a family. When i got there i was unpleasantly greeted down the hall by "an employee" not sure her title but i believe she was the "receptionist". She was RUDE & EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL as i looked passed the unpleasant greeting i proceed to my mom & try to enjoy our visit together but unfortunately i needed some assistance & had no choice but to ask the rude employee for assistance. When i did it seemed as if she was extremely annoyed with me asking for help. Luckily another young lady approached me and she assisted with no hesitation jumped right in and got the job done so thankful for her (i believe this young ladies name is Jasmine one of the aides ). After being helped by the helpful young lady we returned to our visit to only need help with getting my mom to the restroom & i was sad yet again that i even had to "bother" the angry receptionist & disturb her from eating her pizza & texting but i didn't want my mom to use the restroom on herself so i proceed to ask & was talked to very rudely. I tried to just look pass all the negativity in this employee and waited for the friendly more professional aide to come and assist. She (Jasmine) came everything went well and we completed our visit, as we were leaving unfortunately the rude employee was sitting at the desk on her cell phone & as my husband was reaching for "the wrong door" she yelled in the rudest voice possible " WRONG DOOR SIR" as if we knew exactly which door to exit we were just trying to help this lady in from out the rain & exit ourselves as we left we seen her pointing and starring us down as if we had done something extremely wrong. I understand that we all have bad days but this by far is NO WAY TO TREAT PATIENTS & THEIR FAMILIES. I DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE AT ALL WITH MY MOM HERE BUT I WILL BE SURE TO VISIT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE & INFORM ALL MY FAMILY TO CHECK ON AND VISIT MY MOM OFTEN. I WILL GO TO ANY LENGTHS TO KEEP MY MOM SAFE AND COMFORTABLE SO IF THIS MEANS CALLING THE CORPORATE OFFICE, CONTACTING LAWYERS, THE MEDIA OR WHATEVER IT WILL BE DONE BECAUSE MY MOM, FAMILY & I WILL NOT BE MISTREATED, NEGLECTED, OR TALKED TO AND DONE ANY KIND OF WAY. I hope this issue can be rectified beforehand but i am prepared either way. I did meet two pleasant staff members Jasmine my moms aide & a male nurse or aide not sure his name or title but those two were amazing & i thank them.
